Gender Equality certification: 2025 renewal
Edilfloor has renewed its Gender Equality Certification. This confirms the path the company has followed in recent years to support inclusion, employee well-being, and attention to the needs of the local community.
The renewal was achieved in line with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines. It represents continuity in this commitment and a moment to reflect on the importance of relationships and on the role a company can play in supporting responsible social development. This is an ongoing journey that requires constant effort and daily involvement of everyone.
