Textile formworks

Textile formworks are woven geotextile containers designed to be filled in situ with inert materials such as sand, mortar, cement or gravel, in order to create protective structures, barriers and containment works adaptable to complex geometries.

Edilfloor offers two references: SintexBag®, a woven geotextile bag, and SintexMattress®, a mattress panel, both manufactured using Geodren® W-PP (polypropylene) or W-PES (polyester) woven geotextiles and fully customisable in size.

They are used for erosion control on river and lake slopes, coastal protection, submarine pipeline ballasting and emergency hydrogeological interventions.
