Sintextube®
Sintextube is a tubular container made with the Geodren W-PP woven geotextile and can have variable dimensions depending on the application in which it is used. The main applications are coastal protection and dewatering.
In coastline defence works, these structures are filled with a mixture of water and sand from the seabed and used as the core of groynes, embankments or reclamation basins.
In dredging works, extraction activities or civil/industrial wastewater treatment processes, Sintextube geofilters are used to reduce the volume of sludge to be sent for disposal (dewatering).
